About these terms
These terms apply when you visit FreshFarm or create an account. FreshFarm is operated by FreshFarm Network Limited. Contact us at hello@freshfarm.app.
Early access
FreshFarm is being introduced area by area. A farm, product, collection option or delivery option is available only when the site says it is available. Information about planned features or local interest is not a promise that a service, product or sale will become available.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think somebody has used your account without permission. You must not impersonate another person or farm, create misleading listings, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material or use FreshFarm for unsolicited bulk marketing.
Farm information
Participating farms remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, availability and provenance of their products and claims. Approval to appear on FreshFarm does not transfer those responsibilities to FreshFarm.
Orders
When ordering is enabled, the product, supplying farm, total price and available collection or delivery choice are shown before payment. The separate buying terms explain the customer journey. Farmers may also be required to accept a current farmer agreement before trading.
Content and intellectual property
FreshFarm’s name, design, software and original content belong to FreshFarm Network Limited or its licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not copy, scrape, resell or misuse it. A farm keeps ownership of material it supplies and gives FreshFarm permission to display it for operating and promoting its FreshFarm presence.
Referral and local growth programme
You may share your personal FreshFarm referral link with people who would reasonably welcome it. Link visits and invitations do not by themselves earn a reward. A successful referral must meet the qualifying stage shown in your account, such as a genuine verified account, completed order or farm becoming live. Self-referrals, duplicate or manipulated accounts, automated activity, referral rings and misleading or unsolicited promotion are not allowed.
FreshFarm may reject or reverse a qualifying event or benefit where the underlying event is cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise invalid. Recognition and any future reward are subject to the current eligibility rules, caps, expiry and geographic availability shown before the reward is enabled. FreshFarm may change or end the programme on reasonable notice. Monetary rewards and FreshFarm credit are not active unless the customer account expressly shows an approved value, applicable terms and availability. Credit is not cash, is non-transferable and may be used only under the rules shown when issued. Tax remains the recipient’s responsibility where it materially applies.
Availability and links
We work to keep the service secure and useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. External services such as Stripe, Google and linked websites have their own terms and availability.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, FreshFarm is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses suffered by a consumer.
Ending access and changes
We may restrict or close an account where reasonably needed for security, unlawful use, serious breach or protection of participants. We will update these terms when the service changes and will give suitable notice of material changes.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in another UK jurisdiction where they live.
